The Playful Peacock Fitness hoop features purple mirror tape and dark green, teal, black, and neon pink gaffers (GRIP) tape. The grip tape is on the exterior of the hoop and this helps to keep the hoop from slipping down.

For beginners 1.2 x your waist in inches is a good starter size. All hoops come with a push button closure and can be coiled down small for travel.
